Jacob
M. Lowenstein is a lifelong resident of the Toledo
area. After admission to the Ohio Bar in 1998, he
took a position with the Trust Department of Key
Bank, NA, as a Trust Officer. While there, his
duties included the administration of trusts as well
as advising high net worth and special needs
individuals in the areas of estate and financial
planning.
In 2001, Jacob moved to the private practice of law. Since then,
his focus has been on providing the broad spectrum
of advice and litigation services required by small
to medium sized business owners, employees and
consumers. His areas of practice include: estate
planning; contracts, business planning and
transactional law; employment law; consumer law,
collections and creditor/debtor issues; real estate,
zoning and landlord/tenant law; construction lien
law; Workmans Compensation; and licensing and
regulatory compliance. He is experienced at both
the trial court and the Court of Appeals level.
