Kenneth Walz, JD, RRT-NPS, a graduate of the University of Toledo where he earned his Juris Doctor, served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Lucas County, Ohio prior to joining the law firm.  His duties as a prosecutor included jury trials in the Criminal Division where he concentrated in adult felony prosecutions.  Mr. Walz’s experience in the courtroom as a prosecutor has given him an insight into the criminal justice system that he uses in his vigorous defense of criminal matters.

     Mr. Walz came to the practice of law from a professional career as a Respiratory Therapist and has over eleven years of experience in the hospital care setting. This background in respiratory physiology and care has given Mr. Walz a strong grounding in the medical sciences and has allowed him to combine his medical and legal backgrounds to be an effective advocate in malpractice defense matters and other litigation involving claims of injury.
