Gayle K. Beier, JD
Gayle Beier, JD is an experienced trial attorney who has been with the law firm of Stephen A. Skiver & Associates since her admission to the Ohio Bar in the year 2000. She has successfully defended allegations of medical and surgical negligence in a variety of specialties including, but not limited to, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Cardiothoracic Surgery, General Surgery, and Neurosurgery. Attorney Beier has handled cases involving all levels of severity from relatively minor injuries to permanent disability and death cases.
In concert with her trial work, she plays a major role in Court of Appeal issues for the firm. In addition to her trial experience defending physicians and clinics, Attorney Beier applies her medical knowledge in defending employers in Workers' Compensation cases and Nursing Home negligence matters.
